We offer same day remote support desktop (Business Hours are from 08:00 to 17:00). We utilize a world standard ticketing system in order to ensure that your system are resolved timeously every time. Our response time is based on severity level and we offer afterhours emergency support (based on SLA rate) if necessary. Regular onsite preventive maintenance and the proactive high level monitoring of servers and network hardware, lessen the need of this emergency support. Our full site documentation and analysis includes recommendations on resolving risk areas. We will, based on an analysis of repeat calls, discuss and propose solutions to our clients at the monthly IT meetings.
